Hay muchas construcciones con "HOW" + ADJETIVOS
Aunque "HOW" significa "COMO", al usarlo con adjetivos, en español significa"QUE"

Mucho de los ejemplos con "HOW" son exclamaciones y como veis HAY MUCHOS ADJETIVOS
Ejemplos:
