179. Ejercicio : Diferentes formas de usar el FUTURO

"I´m going to buy this boat"








1. Cuando tienes la certeza de que algo va a ocurrir en un futuro próximo y con una expresión del tiempo al final de la frase, se puede usar el PRESENTE CONTINUO o el PRESENTE SIMPLE para referirse al futuro
Ejemplos
- I´m having dinner with my friends tonight  = Ceno con mis amigos esta noche
- Paco is studying English to do an examination tomorrow  = Paco está esudiando inglés para un examen mañana
- We´re getting married next month  = Nos casamos el mes que viene
-The train leaves in half an hour  = El tren sale en media hora
- My children start school next Monday  = Mis hijos empiezan el colegio el próximo lunes

2. Para predecir que va ocurrir algo y que lo vemos con nuestros propios ojos, usamos el "GOING TO"
Ejemplos
- Look at those dark clouds. It´s going to rain at any moment  = Mira a esas nubes obscuras. Va ha llover en cualquier momento
- That boy is going to fall down if he´s not careful  = Ese chico va a caerse si no tiene cuidado
- Be careful! We´re going to crash into that car   Ten cuidado. Vamos a chocar contra ese coche
- You´re not going to pass the test because you´re not studying  = No vas a aprobar el examen porque no estás estudiando 
- Look at Susan. I think she´s going to cry  = Mira a Susan. Creo que va a llorar

3. Para una acción en el futuro que ya lo tienes planeado, se usa el "GOING TO"
Ejemplos
- We´re going to London for Christmas  = Nos vamos a Londres para Navidad
- Susan is going to have a party this Saturday  = Susan va a tener una fiesta este sábado
- Alex told me you´re going to work in Australia  = Alex me ha dicho que vas a trabajar en Australia
- I´m going to Ireland next month   = Me voy a Irlanda el mes que viene
- Juan isn´t going to get married until he´s 32.  = Juan no se va a casar hasta que tenga 32 años.
- I´m going to buy a motorcycle  = Me voy a comprar una moto

4. Cuando es una decisión espontanea o prometes hacer algo se usa "WILL"
Ejemplos
- Don´t worry. I´ll pick you up at the airport  = No te preocupes. Te recogeré en el aeropuerto
- I´m busy at the moment. I´ll call you back later  = Estoy ocupado en este momento. Te vuelvo a llamar más tarde
- I´ll give you my old car when I buy a new one  = Te daré mi viejo coche cuando compre uno nuevo
- Will you wait for me?  = ¿Me esperas?
- Will you do me favor?  = ¿Me haces un favor?

5. Para hacer una sugerencia para hacer algo en un futuro, se usa "SHALL"...y solo se usa en frases interrogativos. SOLO SE USA PARA LA PRIMERA PERSONA (I) Y TERCECRA PERSONA PLURAL (WE)
Ejemplos
- Shall I pick you up at eight o´clock?  = ¿Te recojo a las ocho?
- Shall I buy some more beer for the party tonight?  = ¿Compro más cerveza para la fiesta esta noche?
- Shall I call you later when you aren´t so busy?  = ¿Te llamo más tarde cuando no estás tan ocupada?
- Shall we order Chinese food for dinner tonight?  =¿Pedimos comida china para cenar esta noche?
- Shall we go out tonight for dinner?  = ¿Salimos esta noche para cenar?
