209. La palabra "CHEEKY" y sus significados

La palabra "CHEEKY" tiene muchos significados y un uso mas bien despectivo: 

Caradura / insolente / rudo / insultante / impertinente /
astuto / malicioso / grosero / maleducado / atrevido / descarado

- You touched my bum. You´re really are so cheeky  = Has tocado mi trasero. Tienes un morro que que te lo pisas!
- What a cheeky monkey! = Que atrevido / descarado! 
- What cheeky friends you have!  = Que amigos tan maleducados tienes!

También esta "CHEEKBONE" = pómulo
y "Dance cheek to cheek" = bailar pegado

"CHEEKY" es mas bien una palabra inglesa y los americanos no saben lo que significa

- You have a lot of nerve, don´t you? (AmE) = Eres un poco atrevido / descarado, no?

There are really a lot of cheeky people. They don´t care if they commit fraud or swindle money.
They only take advantage of their positions in companies or because they are" fat cats."

Cheeky people are greedy. They only love money, and it doesn´t matter how they get it.  It can be black because they don´t want to pay taxes, or they have their money in fiscal paradises or Swiss banks. 
They only think of themselves and don´t care if there are families who don´t have and money to buy food for their children because they can´t find a job.
It´s even possible that they will sell their soul to the devil to make it easy for them to have millions and millions of money stashed away somewhere.
They don´t mind spending 800 € to eat in a fancy restaurant, buying expensive cars.
They simply don´t give a shit if there are children who are starving.
