El Verbo “HABER” se forma con "THERE + el verbo SER O ESTAR"

En PRESENTE se usa "THERE + IS y ARE"

Para cosas en SINGULAR o INCONTABLE, se usa: 
"THERE IS"

Para cosas en PLURAL, se usa: "THERE ARE"

Se suela usar la contracción con el ser/estar

Ejemplos en (singular o algo incontable) afirmando:

-There is / There´s someone to see you  = Hay alguien para verte

-There´s a good movie on T.V. tonight  = Hay una buena película en la tele esta noche

-There´s a lot of unemployment  = Hay mucho desempleo

-There´s a little noise on Saturday night  = Hay un poco de ruido el sábado por la noche

-There´s some hot coffee I just made  = Hay café caliente que acabo de hacer 

Ejemplos en plural:

-There are a lot of people  = Hay mucha gente

-There are a lot of cars in the city  = Hay muchos coches en la ciudad

-There are a lot of empty apartments  = Hay muchos pisos vacíos

-There are a lot of banks  = Hay muchos bancos

-There are some chocolate donuts in the fridge  = Hay donuts de chocolate en la nevera

Para negar se une el verbo SER O ESTAR + “IS o ARE” + NOT

Para negar o preguntar por una cosa, muchas veces se usa “ANY” = (nada de)

Ejemplos en "singular" negando

-There isn´t much time  = No hay mucho tiempo

-There isn´t any milk in the fridge  = No hay (nada de) leche en la nevera

-There isn´t any work at the moment  = No hay trabajo en este momento

-There isn´t any money  = No hay dinero

-There isn´t anyone at home  = No hay nadie en casa

Ejemplos en "plural" negando

-There aren´t any people at the beach  = No hay gente en la playa

-There aren´t enough electric cars  = No hay bastantes coches eléctricos

-There aren´t any potatos  = No hay patatas
-There aren´t enough chairs  = No hay bastantes sillas
-There aren´t many tourists this morning  = No hay muchos turistas esta mañana

Para preguntar, primero se pone el verbo SER O ESTAR + THERE

Para preguntar, también se usa “ANY” = (algo de)

-Are there beautiful squares  = ¿Hay hermosas plazas
-Are there a lot of people in your building?  = ¿Hay mucha gente en tu edificio?
-Are there enough chairs? = ¿Hay bastantes sillas?

Para el PASADO, se usa THERE + WAS O WERE

En singular se usa: "THERE WAS"

Ejemplos en pasado singular o algo incontable afirmando:

-There was an accident this morning  = Hubo un accidente esta mañana

-There was a lot of work today  = Había mucho trabajo hoy

-There was a letter for you  = Había una carta para ti

-There was a big cake  = Había una tarta grande
-There was a lot of traffic  = Había mucho trafico

Ejemplos negando en singular o algo incontable 
(was+not = wasn´t):

-There wasn´t any time  = No había (nada de) tiempo

-There wasn´t any good food  = No había comida buena

-There wasn´t anyone who know the answer  = No había nadie que sabía la respuesta
-There wasn´t enough time to go shopping = No había bastante tiempo para ir de 
compras

Ejemplos preguntando en singular :

-Was there any noise in the house ? Yes, there was  = ¿Había ruido en la casa ?

-Was there a message for me? No, there wasn´t = ¿Había un mensaje para mi ?

-Was there any wine in the fridge?  = ¿Había vino en la nevera ?
-Was there enough food?  = ¿Había bastante comida?

Ejemplos afirmando en plural:

-There were a lot of people at the party  = Había mucha gente en la fiesta

-There were a lot of cars on the road  = Había muchos coches en la carretera

-There were nice places to visit  = Había bonitos lugares para visitar

-There were important people at the party  = Había gente importante en la fiesta

Ejemplos en plural negando: (were+not = weren´t)

-There weren´t many people  = No había mucha gente

-There weren´t any policemen  = No había policías

-There weren´t any problems  = No había problemas
-There weren´t enough tables  = No había bastantes mesas

Ejemplos en plural preguntando:

-Were there a lot of children?  = ¿Había muchos niños?

-Were there any nice beaches?  = ¿Había playas bonitas ?

-Were there enough chairs ?  =  ¿Había bastantes sillas ?
-Were there any interesting books? = ¿Había libros interesantes?  

Para formar el FUTURO, se usa:
"THERE WILL+ BE" = HABRÁ

"WILL" es el auxiliar para formar el futuro
Ejemplos afirmando:
-There will be a lot of people at the meeting  = Habrá mucha gente en la reunión
-There will be a full moon tomorrow  = Habrá luna llena mañana
-There will be a bus strike next week  = Habrá una huelga de autobuses la semana que viene
-There will be a student meeting in the afternoon  = Habrá una una reunión de estudiantes esta tarde

 THERE + WILL + NOT = (WON´T + BE)
Ejemplos negando en futuro
-There won´t be much work Friday afternoon  = No habrá mucho trabajo el viernes por la tarde
-There won´t be many people at work today  = No habrá mucha gente en el trabajo hoy
-There won´t be any drinks in the meeting  = No habrá bebidas en la reunión
-There won´t be a bus strike today  = No habrá una huelga de autobuses hoy
-There won´t be any school today  = No habrá colegio hoy 

Ejemplos preguntando: Primero se pone "WILL + THERE + BE"
-Will there be a lot of people at the game?  = ¿Habrá mucha gente en el partido?
-Will there be enough food for everybody? = ¿Habrá bastante comida para todos?
-Will there be any clowns for the children?  = ¿Habrá payasos para los niños?
-Will there be anyone in the office?  = ¿Habrá alguien en la oficina?
-Will there be a lot of work today?  = ¿Habrá mucho trabajo hoy?


Y por último, "There is / are + going to"+ el verbo BE: 
- There´s going to be a storm  = Va a haber una tormenta
- There´s going to be a concert tonight  = Va a haber un concierto esta noche 
- There isn´t going be a lot of traffic  = No va a haber mucho trafico
- There are going to be a lot of groups  = Va a haber muchos grupos
- There aren´t going to be a lot of people  =  No va a haber mucha gente
- Is there going to be a lot of food?  =  ¿Va a haber mucha comida? 
- Are there going to be enough chairs?  = ¿Va a haber bastantes sillas?
